Balkzardan, The Thunder Monster

This is Balkzardan, One of the six monsters created by TOHO exclusively for Godzilla Trading Battle Game, released in Japan only in 1998 for the Playstation or PSX.

I found his profile here[link] time ago. I showed it to my friend nifanatic (steelia here in DA) for his thread about the Godzilla Trading Battle Monsters in the Kaiju Combat Forums.

Balkzardan is a monster with a mysterious origin, he is the cause of the El Niño phenomenon. This monster can manipulate the weather, and he can create thunderstorms, he uses the thunder and lightning as his main weapons. Balkzardan can accumulate electricity in his wing-like proyections on his back. He can create a powerful ice field to protect himself from other attacks. He is very fast in land and in the sky. Balkzardan can use his tail for whip attacks, and his jaws. Many people confuse him with a kirin or a Raijin.

Abilities:
Tornado Bolt/トルネード・ボルト: Balkzardan can make that Thunder and lightnings rotate around him thanks to his horn.
Spark Dash/スパークダッシュ: He shoots an electrical discharge from his mouth.
Spread thunder/スプリード・サンダー: Balkzardan fires electric discharges from his proyections on his back.

According to several sources, Balkzardan was considered for a Mothra movie that was scrapped. that could mean that Balkzardan is a mystic kaiju or something like that.
